Description:
- Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) was a Spanish artist known for his style of art called Cubism. He painted faces that looked like puzzle pieces all out of order. Picasso was inspired by African masks. 2nd and 3rd grade artists developed a cubist face including frontal and profile views simultaneously. Assorted complementary collage materials were used to create relief features drawing your eyes throughout each piece.
